100 Stars Out of 5 – Truly Unbelievable Staff The Courtyard by Marriott in Rochester, MN, has the best hotel staff I’ve ever met. The GM sets the tone, the front desk is welcoming and helpful, the waitresses and cooks make every meal enjoyable, and housekeeping keeps everything spotless. Every single person here goes above and beyond—you feel more like family than a guest. If I could give 100 stars out of 5, I would. This hotel is truly a gem, and I’ll never stay anywhere else in Rochester.
The staff at this hotel TRULY make it so so soooo good! They are so kind & genuinely care that most of their customers have a loved one in the hospital. You can’t beat the walking commute to the hospital- proximity is fantastic. And their flexibility with unpredictability of when the patient will be discharged is sooo appreciated.
We stayed at the Courtyard last week. My father was in St. Mary's. The staff was so kind. My oversized vehicle would not fit in the garage, they gave me a ground parking spot. We needed to use the laundry after hours. Nicole at the front desk and another lady (sorry, I forgot your name) let me quietly in and out of the laundry room. The rooms were spacious and clean. The customer service was fabulous. Thank you Courtyard for making a difficult time for us, a little easier.
Convenient and close to St Mary's hospital campus. They have shuttles that depart once an hour with similar drop off times. There are also a few places in the area to walk to. Rooms were quiet, spacious and clean. Our only view was of the next hotel and the shared parking garage. Staff was pleasant and informative. I didn't eat but I did visit the bar/restaurant for a few beers after the long drive in. Hotel prices but not California steep. No free breakfast, but they have a pool, and a decent yet small gym. Paid parking @$15/day, I get it but seems like an unnecessary expense to charge your guests who are more than likely here for medical services.
Great hotel, big, clean room. Delicious restaurant attached, lots of other restaurants. My favorites part, a little courtyard with a gas fireplace. It was peefect!
Enjoyed the stay. Enjoyed bar/restaurant area. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only disappointment was hot tub broken(colder than regular pool). They could have posted a sign stating such, but didn't. Had to find out that detail at front desk.
Great hotel right next to the Mayo Clinic. Excellent staff, very clean room. Another great stay at a Courtyard!!
We came for a quick getaway. The room was nice and clean. We had a whirlpool tub that did not work properly, was really bummed. They gave us a credit for our room. We had a suite, which was nice.
